Self-Defense Classes and Workshops for women and girls.  Often these groups are held at Ophelia's Place. We have a new group starting on October 24th! Call to register if you are interested- space is limited!They offer different kinds of groups, including Self Defense from the Inside Out and mother-daughter self-defense.
