Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens (MBSR-T)

Feeling stressed out? Stuck in spinning thoughts and worries? We can help! Join us for MBSR-T, an 8-week group facilitated by OP therapists. Each week, you will learn and practice new mindfulness skills that can help you break out of anxiety spirals and shift your focus to what you can control in the here and now. Each week builds off the previous weeks’ teaching, so participants must be able to commit to weekly attendance. Additional information about sliding scale payment and required parent paperwork will be emailed after registering.
