Sara, After and Out of School Program Manager

In her role as AOS Manager, Sara utilizes her skills in community arts management, program development and writing and facilitating curriculum. She has training in trauma sensitive services, cultivating inclusive community and supportive practices in educational settings. Sara has worked closely with local organizations including: WellMama; Maude Kerns Art Center; Courageous Kids; The Trauma Healing Project and The Restorative Justice in Schools Program. 

Sara spends time pursuing her interests as a visual artist, flower gardener, cross-country skier and an amateur badminton player.  

Sara would tell her 13-year-old self: Studying the interesting cracks and patterns on the sidewalk is great and remember to look up too. The path you are on is part of your journey and that is beautiful.
